Meet the Co-Directors

Lucie / Lux (They/Them)
Founder & Co-Director
Lux is responsible for NDFT’s communication & marketing and shares strategic responsibilities with the other Co-Directors. They also support the organisation with financial management. Alongside their work at NDFT, Lux also offers freelance communications and marketing support to organisations committed to inclusion and social change. Lux lives in Broadstairs, is a parent to one child, loves music and weird art! Lux is Autistic and has ADHD.

Holly (She/They)
Co-Director
Holly is responsible for NDFT’s fundraising and care (HR) and shares strategic responsibilities with the other Co-Directors. When not working for NDFT they are a full-time Parent Carer. Above and beyond that, they are an experienced educator, facilitator, yoga teacher and somatic therapist. Holly is Autistic and lives with CPTSD in Margate with their kid and dog.

Louis (He/Him)
Co-Director
Louis is responsible for NDFT’s programming, shares strategic responsibilities with the other Co-Directors, and helps manage the organisation’s website. Outside of NDFT, he is a composer and sound artist, a music PhD student at CCCU, and practises martial arts. Louis is Autistic and has fibromyalgia, and lives in Ramsgate with his wife, two cats, and dog.
Meet the Facilitators

Suzy (She/Her)
Lead Facilitator
Suzy is Lead Facilitator at NDFT and loves co creating spaces for connections to happen. When not at NDFT she is a solo artist, writer, director and collaborator working within theatre and live performance. She’s also Youth Producer and Mentor at Power of Women, where she co creates projects with young women and non binary people in Thanet.

Sophie (She/They)
Co-Facilitator
Sophie Co-Facilitates at NDFT events. As someone who’s struggled with group socialising, her aim is to support people with similar experiences to feel comfortable and included. Sophie is also a survivor activist, trainer and organiser, and a massage therapist. She lives between Ramsgate and London with her baby, partner and tiny dog.

Daniel (He/They)
Co-Facilitator
Daniel is a Co-Facilitator at NDFT. Having attended NDFT events, Daniel fell in love with the community and had to get involved when the opportunity arose! When not working for NDFT, they are usually getting involved in activism and organising. They live with family, including a rambunctious little dog, and spend free time learning, listening to music, and exercising.

Kate (She/They)
Co-Facilitator
Kate lives with her family in Thanet and was late-diagnosed as Autistic in 2019. They have worked in the public sector for 14 years with a focus on mental health, EDI, and staff empowerment. They have founded and led NHS staff networks for people with protected characteristics, including women, disabled people, and Neurodivergent colleagues. Kate first attended events as a participant and found a strong sense of community and belonging. Now, as a Co-Facilitator, they enjoy getting creative and supporting events that bring people together.
